"Don’t know till I was checking in that they charge 5 a night for parking. I reserved through a third party app that said parking was free. I also am now looking at my bill wondering why I was charged more than what the third party app said. "

"Great place. Walking distance from a little parade of local craft stores and restaurants. Right on a secluded canal teeming with fish and bird life. Clean and perfect for what we needed. "

"Our room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and they extended our stay to help us out. This place is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car - pool area, tiki bar and restaurant, and a walkable area for coffee or other restaurants. The live music was spot on: a mix of genres to appeal to many ages and tastes. I ran the neighborhoods in the mornings and felt safe. It’s a busy place in the evening and was such a fun time!"

"Home was clean, well stocked. Great "yard" with deck, ample seating for beautiful morning coffee. Kayaks were awesome to explore canals and see dolphins and manatees. The little town is safe for walking around. "

"The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait."

"The hotel was decently remodeled until you got into the hotel room the bathroom looked like it belonged in a gas station. Not sure if all the rooms were that way but mine was. Also front desk refused a delivery to my room after I tipped my Uber Eats driver very well because I know it takes time to deliver inside a hotel. I told the front desk if they refuse delivery then they should have staff deliver it, one of the 3 people standing at the front desk said they should have told me at check in,...

"Nice Hotel to stay at. The continental breakfast is not included, rather $10’s per person. And if you wanted the full hot breakfast bar with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and grits it’s $18 per person. It still was very good and everything was very clean. It was a little tricky getting into the parking lot because it’s between two other buildings hidden behind trees from the Hwy. "

"This property is nothing like the photos. There is no lobby. You have to push a button to summon the employee to check you in outside. The hotel is totally sketchy. The walls are painted concrete. Locks barely work. Said there is a continental breakfast. There is coffee and watered down OJ. Do not stay there!"
