First, the service provided by the reception staff was far below acceptable standards. The front desk employees were often unhelpful, unfriendly, and did not demonstrate the professionalism or hospitality expected from a hotel of your reputation.
In addition, I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the room. The room did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. It appeared poorly maintained and did not reflect the standards advertised by the hotel.
Furthermore, the housekeeping service was also unsatisfactory. The cleaning was inadequate, attention to detail was lacking, and the overall cleanliness of the room throughout my stay was disappointing.
As a paying guest, I expected a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the poor reception service, the condition of the room, and the inadequate housekeeping service made my stay frustrating and unpleasant.
