"Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. "

Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

"This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom."

"Everything about my hotel stay was what I expected. The room/hotel facility was identical to the beautiful pictures I viewed online. Plus every single staff member I came across was professional. I felt comfortable my entire visit. I will be reserving again the near future."

Some 1st floor rooms have a patio to exit into the hotel lobby area or pool area. As a side note: Workout room has 2 eliptical , 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike and some weights."

Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. "
