"I didnt sleep there checked out 5 mins later to look for another hotel"

"Quiet hotel, perfect for a couple days stay. Close to amenities and clean comfortable room. Would have given a higher rating if room was cleaner but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Could see stains on bed sheets and hair clips left from previous guests on ground. Not many breakfast options in lobby but also near many restaurants/fast food. Receptionist were really nice during check in and out."

"First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk Again my Instructions was clear . "the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"The first room they put me in had a fan going it smelt like pure dog in there. It was dirty. It was disgusting then I had to go to the third floor, which it still wasn’t worth the money that I paid the end of the bed were tore up. The sheets were dirty. They had stains on them. The soap that was in the bathrooms were used half bottles not sanitary at all I will never go there again."

"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"We stayed for 2 nights, check in was quick and no issues. Room was cleaned and seemed well maintained. Beds were quite comfy, better than expected. Property and area was quiet, but there was stores and food places just a short drive away (5 mins if that) which was convenient since we don’t know the area. If we return to Detroit next year we would book here again."
