"We arrived Christmas Eve early morning through a terrible snow storm. Both my husband and I were cold and wanted refuge from the cold weather but check in wasn’t until 3pm. We sat in the parking lot for a moment and decided to ask to pay extra for a 9:30am check in. To our surprise the hotel already had our room ready and checked us in with no extra fees.
We stayed a week and enjoyed the atmosphere of the friendly staff, free hot breakfast, coffee and teas. The 2 bedroom fireplace executive suite was very quiet and comfortable!
We highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be returning next time we are in Rocky Mountain House."
