"Would never recommend this place. I will never darken their doors! Fina straw was we asked for an hour later checkout, which I have never been denied!!! I was told NO!! One more hour wit grandchildren would of been priceless and made all of the terrible stuff go away"

"The building is older and very run down on the outside - we were questioning whether we wanted to go inside. We checked out the room and it seemed fine. A note to the hotel; Please ask the cleaners to clean the coffee pot and dump out the old grinds, we are tea drinkers, so it was pretty gross. I would also consider changing the 1970's bathroom floor with all the old cigarette burns in it. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet."

"Always good to stay at Cow Lake. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Cabin could use an update and add a few amenities to the room like shampoo, body wash, and better hand soap for the bathroom, an initial supply of coffee & coffee filters. The General store has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and TV was great. Lots of space. Our pups were very comfortable. Nice quiet spot if you are looking for a friendly place to hang out. "
