"The room was bigger than other European rooms we have had. The front desk person did not acknowledge us. He was talking to someone when we got there then started working on the computer. I thought he would help us check in when he was done but then he got a phone call. When he was done with the call, we had been there 15 minutes, I asked if that was where we should check in and he said, yes and I saw you waiting but I did not know what you wanted. Not sure why he did not ask what we wanted."
