"Good"

"Sea-view rooms have terrible smoke is coming from the cooking exhaust pipe right below the balcony. Nothing helps to avoid the smell and carbon-monoxide exposure and we were surprised how even that is possible to rent that property out for us, who came to enjoy the sea view for $225/night. Staff were trying to solve the issue by giving us another room, but same smoke reaching out even higher location, so we ended up to running around at midnight and looking for another hotel. "Clean rooms and beautiful property"

"Lovely stay but it wasn’t ideal that the WiFi didn’t work"

"Struttura basica e pulita. Peccato che il decantato parcheggio disponibile in strada non esista: l'hotel si trova in una zona pedonale e tutta l'area è super trafficata. Quindi trovare un buco per l'auto risulta molto, molto, molto difficile. Se lo sapevo prima andavo sicuramente da un'altra parte"

"Lovely modern room, comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were very helpful"

"Wir haben 6 Nächte im Perle House verbracht. Das Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut."

"Small apart hotel . Room condition was good and Hotel crew was helpful but walls are very thin you can hear easily next room noises and conversation."

"The garden room was small but adequate. Very clean. Because there was not a luggage stand, we used a armless chair for the suitcase. The shower was lovely. The patio & pool very nice. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. They went above & beyond. Helped arrange a local tour of several locations, plus suggested a local hamam which provided transportation. There is a small room safe & apartment size refrigerator. The breakfast was typical Turkey.! Olives, vegetables, cheese,...

"Perfect place for a peaceful retreat. The grounds are full of fruit trees full of almost ripen limes, oranges, avocados, lemons and pomegranates. Restaurant was on the sandy beach with a view of islands, set for a perfect sunset and night dinner. Breakfast was with abundance of everything, it's not even possible to name what was offered, fresh and appealing. Fethiye visit requires a car, as it's a bit distance from Yaniklar where the Yonca Lodge is located. Nice self-parking area next to the...

"All the Staff were brilliant from our first encounter at the reception all during our stay , cleaning staff , bar and restaurant staff all attentive and pleasant. I had booked a side sea view as it was all that was available. They did try to put us in a sea side view that looked out onto the construction site of the new hotel extension. Straight away I refused this room and the reception moved me over to the other side poolside. If they want people to stay on the side where construction is...

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel and was completely satisfied with everything. The property is conveniently located near the beach and great grocery stores, and the entire staff was wonderful. I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Beste, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay."
