Our room was nice, clean and bright with a large window facing the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However check in was late at 5pm with an early checkout at 10am. The Fanny Talbot
Felt rushed and chaotic. Our room was already prepaid but told it wasn’t and was rushed into paying again (refund still not gone through). Owner apologised for the staff member mistake and a refund has been attempted.
