"From check in to check out the hotel was a gem. The staff are truly special and go the extra steps to make your stay special. From the moment they open the door for you the place feels special. We ate at the pub both evenings, the food was well prepared and delicious. The price was more than reasonable and the quality and quantity were perfect. The wait staff were well informed, very friendly and genuinely interested in how our holiday was going. The shuttle they provided to the lake was an unexpected bonus. It made the day much easier. We decided that our next trip to Lake Louise in 2 years we will be staying at the Post Hotel. 10/10."

"Nice, modern room, comfortable bed. However, the room is quite small (as is the bathroom) considering the premium rate you pay to stay here. The full breakfast is C$45 and is very good (except for the overly spicy sausage). Everything for sale here is pricey. Beautifully situated at one end of Lake Louise, there are several way marked trails into the surrounding area."

"The view is spectacular. The pool and slide are fun and the restaurant is decent. The pizza is actually really amazing. Other than that… this place needs a lot of help. Every window screen was broken, the carpet felt old and dirty. The bathroom faucet was broken and sprayed everywhere. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the pool was probably too heavily chlorinated which made all of us cough just being in the room. But the kids had a blast on the slide. All in all, it’s a 2-3 out of 5. We would consider staying there again if we could ensure we got a room with a mountain view."
