"Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. Stayed for 2 nights. Starbucks coffee served in the cafe bar in reception which we enjoyed. Staff were polite and friendly. Good location as drive not too far to visit Lake Louise. Will definitely pick this hotel if in area again."

"I was told by staff they are getting rid of individual coffee machines in the rooms and having a community machine. This machine only has coffee,espresso and hot water. Not enough cups and no lids. Needs to be more organized forsure. No free breakfast. Rooms were missing face cloths and few stains ..."
