"The log cabin was perfect except for 3 things. Being November the heating could have been switched on before our arrival to take the chill off the room. And instructions for how to set it up would have been nice so we didnt have to google the manufactures website to set it up for our stay. Also clear instructions on the way to get the best from the shower would be helpful. The room was clean and adequate for what we required. "Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean. We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays. The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room. "Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money."
