"Very quirky but good value…"

"We booked a two night stay as we had booked theatre tickets, the location was fantastic and having parking available, albeit for a price, was helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful although we were initially sent to the wrong bedroom at the end of a very long corridor which we then had to walk back with luggage…. "The property if fabulous! The grounds and gardens are beautiful! Our apartment was nice, however the bedrooms upstairs were warm as it was unseasonally warm weather.There were fans in both bedrooms which helped a lot. We also had breakfast there and it was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay again."

"An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. "Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one."

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent."
