The staff were lovely and really welcoming. The breakfast was nice but the toaster barely functioned and the coffee machines were inconsistent with their temperature. Overall the facilities were good for the price and I'm sure things will improve once the refurbishment is done

Perfect location for visiting the o2 Academy and a short walk to the Bullring and Train Station. Will definitely be staying again if I am going to the academy again. Room was clean, staff answered all questions and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

It had everything I needed. Very convenient. Lovely shower, TV, free internet. Although the room was facing the main road, it was very quiet inside. I slept like a baby. Will definitely use it again in future. 👍

The staff are professional, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is good and caters for all needs. The redevelopment rooms are nice and fresh but a little tight on space. We park on the street to avoid the £10 hotel charge. Watch out for the resident’s only parking on the street though between 11am - midday.
