Strand Palace Hotel

Strand Palace Hotel

8/10 Good
"Not a bad hotel, especially for the location. Staff were sometimes out closer to the night but that’s expected as it’s less busy. Note, there is a guest elevator behind the main elevators. It’s way less busy and you can almost always get on right away rather than waiting with a small crowd for the elevators in the main lobby."

"What a great stay, my wife particularly liked the complimentary fizz when checking in. After paying more for a premier/travelodge experience this will be my first check next time the family are coming to London."

"My daughters and I got to London super early, the hotel staff welcomed us into the spa to freshen up and gladly held our bags until we could check in at 3pm. We ended up sightseeing all afternoon and came back to a beautiful room! The breakfast was absolute perfection. Perfect location 30 seconds from Tower Hill Underground station and the most incredible view of the Tower of London. We loved every moment of our stay!!!"

Pan Pacific London

Pan Pacific London

10/10 Excellent
"Best hotel I've ever stayed in! I've stayed in a lot of very good hotels, and the Pan Pacific London is the best of them. The staff are outstanding — warm, attentive and never intrusive — and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate, and the wellness floor is superb: the indoor infinity pool overlooking London is an extraordinary place to start or end the day. One honest note: the valet had a minor accident with our car. Accidents happen even in the best run hotels — what matters is how they're handled. He came straight to us, the hotel responded immediately and professionally, and it's all being dealt with without fuss. It actually gave me more confidence in the place. Don't let it put you off. Faultless service, world-class facilities. We'll be back without question."
