The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay.

The breakfast was very good and the attendant could not have been more friendly and attentive. After having to leave a different location due to power outage we chose this hotel for the pool for the children. After checking in we were told the pool was out of order. This should have been noted on the site. Overall a good stay, but can’t give 5 stars due to lack of communication.

It was all a 10/10 for the value! Close to highway! Extra large room was clean. Service at front desk and in the dining area was quick and hospitable. Breakfast (included) was great! Waffles, cereal, yogurt, white/choc milk, juices, bagels/bread, hot oatmeal, biscuits/grits, scrambled eggs, french toast fingers and ham. Amazing!
