The staff was very nice and they welcomed our dog as a last minute addition to our room with no issues. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked for what we needed. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast. They kept the most minimal items available (ex. one biscuit, etc.). We ended up going to one of the local restaurants nearby both mornings. All in all, we will stay here again when visiting family.

Nice clean room, newly reburbished, and a friendly and helpful check-in person. But check-in took over 30 minutes. The hotel had the reservation, but had not received the payment I made. The problem was supposedly caused by a payment service in Dubai. The clerk told us it was the second time this week that this had happened. In fairness, let me add that I only made the reservation 3 hours before arriving. But a good computer system should have been able to handle that.

The first room they gave me had an unusual odor to it, probably from someone smoking in there and they tried to airate the room. It was not pleasant. They moved me as soon as I mentioned my disatisfaction with the odor. The other room was better, though still not as fresh as one would hope for. But it was clean and amenable for my one night purposes. The breakfast was also adequate.
