Great little balcony area just off the 2nd floor elevator hall that seems perfect for casual conversations. Slightly quirky but effective bathroom layouts incorporating heavy sliding doors separating not only the shower/toilet area from the sink, but the entrance way from the sleeping area. Dog friendly.
