This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are pleasant. This only thing wrong with it is there is no security latch on the door on the inside of the room. This needs to be addedd for saftey reasons.

The parking in the back is not good. The spaces are tight, especially at night. However, the location, price, and convenience of this hotel overrides the parking situation, and I would highly recommend this hotel for parents of Syracuse students who are visiting their child.

Beautiful building, and the inside of the hotel was amazing, the complimentary breakfast was so good, the only issue I had was that I put in a request for extra pillows and was told they’d be dropped off, I waited over 2 hours and nothing and ended up taking a nap, while I was in bed and wasn’t dressed and the door swung up and housekeeping walked in… I was extremely embarrassed and on top of that never got the pillows.

The multiple staff I met seem to have good intentions, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the room badly needed dusting from the HVAC unit to lamps to doors. The refillable shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The breakfast was nice overall though the coffee was empty and never refilled.

The parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was mostly clean, though there were a few stains on the chairs and footrest. Even so, the hotel overall was well maintained. I did not have breakfast, but I stopped by in the morning for some water and juice, which were cold and refreshing. The fitness center is small and the water station was empty, but it was still decent. The kitchenette in my room was basic, with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, but no cooking space. It was still a nice feature to have. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
