"The hotel had no water in the second morning of our stay. They should have never booked rooms if they knew they weren’t going to have water. We were unable to shower! "

"So it was check out time and the lady try to come in I went to the window and told her 5 minutes and she still proceed to try to come in. Like it was complete invasion of privacy. I open the door she started stuttering and made up a lot saying the do not disturb sign was on the floor. And then she went and told the manager something. I asked her if she speaks English she said yes so there's no excuse. These housekeepers will walk in on you. That is not a good feeling. I try to prevent it but she was abdomen of coming in. I picked this hotel said the best breakfast ever. To check in front desk clerk left when I said what I read about the breakfast. So it is not the best they even know it. It is a continental breakfast and that's it that's all. "

"This place is okay as a night stop on your way to something else, however the excellent customer service in the lobby was exceptional. The woman tending to the breakfast area, was so kind and generous with her snack help. It made our stay memorable. Would definitely consider staying here again if passing through on the 5! "

"Had your basic room stuff; soap, shampoo, towels. Some of the towels had some stains on them. The bed was nice, comfortable, and seemed clean. TV and WiFi were great. I liked that there were dimmer lights on each sides of the bed. You can definitely hear a lot of the traffic outside but I didn’t mind it. It was definitely a good place for the price. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Only problem is the actual property and some of the amenities. Was there for a couple of nights everything seemed well until tried to turn on tv.couldnt get it past what was offered.when I finally called about issues. They checked it out and apparently the TV wasn't set up and programmed, so they gave me another room. Fine with me , but the next night the toilet decided to not work . So I ended up sleeping in a room with a filthy bathroom.. I could have called ,but , it was late and I wass tired ., and I didn't feel like waiting for someone to clear the mess or move to yet a third room. So I lived with it . Not ideal , but best for me."
