"The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and any problems that you have with the rooms are addressed in a timely manner. There is public transportation within walking distance around 15 min. There are also plenty of eating places nearby and the neighborhood is walkable. Its a safe area and you see police patroling the area often."

"It was an okay hotel, had breakfast, cold ac, and was quiet. However my only complaint is the room and hallways reeked of cigarette smell and was nauseating. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel was close to shopping and food places like Walmart which is convenient :)"

"Check-in process quick and troubleless. Room door kind of messed up but room overall was comfortable. Tv channel selection was awesome. Towels were plentiful, and bathroom amenities were stocked. Shower has good pressure but cold water was challenging to acquire. Lighting in room was not to my taste but multiple lighting. Surrounding area kind of idle but most needs in walking distance."

"Baymont is like our second home in Dallas. Every now & then we’ll visit to buy meat @ Ranch 99. Like this place because it’s accessible to malls , restaurants & grocery stores. Safe place for getaway."

"We booked two rooms. One had smoke alarm beeping, and it took over 20 mins for maintenance to come and fix. Electric lights in one room kept flickering. Tubs had no plugs. Strange musty smell in both rooms. Cockroaches seen in both rooms. Ominous police notice posted stating we were in a designated high crime area."

"Facility is right on the edge of the highway, so it was convenient. Front desk accomodated us within hours of needing 2 conjoined rooms, for which were very thankful. Staff was personable. Our toilet sprayed every time we used it so we had to put towels on the floor. Shampoo/conditioner were not provided. Rooms and facility are dated, but not to the point where it's unenjoyable. Some rooms come with fridge, some don't. Overall would stay again on a tight budget. 7.5/10"

"Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay. "

"When we visit Dallas, this Hotel is our Go to place. Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is the icing on top. They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid. Thank you "
