"Everything was good"

"Earlier this year, I stayed at this hotel, and came back for an overnight stay. I arrived late, and it been a long travel day for me. The receptionist was welcoming, patient, efficient, and gave me a bottle of water and some snacks, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower got hot quickly. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Great value for the money, and would not hesitate to recommend and/or return for another stay."

"While it was a clean place. There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. "

"1. Water from bathroom faucet are coming very slow 2, drinking water two bottles were given on very first day 3. Breakfast even not sufficient for every guest. If you go few hours after 6 am food is not sufficiently available "

"When we visit Dallas, this Hotel is our Go to place. Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is the icing on top. They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid. Thank you "

"Everything was so convenient. I enjoyed my stay so much. My favorite part about the hotel was the area that we were in and how convenient it was for us to go to the store. The beds were absolutely comfortable."

"En general, el servicio del personal fue bueno. El problema de este hotel es que necesita una renovación completa, ya que se siente anticuado, con acabados pasados de moda. La unidad de aire acondicionado en la habitación es muy ruidosa y el buffet de desayuno bastante básico. Comparado con el Hilton, que está en la misma zona, la diferencia es muy evidente."

"Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign)."
