"Was a nice caravan but small wouldn't recommend if its for 6 adults as would be in each others way. Was very clean other than one fault i found which was a long hair in cutlery drawer but is something what was just missed. A few aged related marks in caravan but overall had a hood stay. "

"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had plenty of great options to choose from. My room was comfortable, and the bed was just what I needed for a good night's sleep. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm at times. Still, everything else was excellent—from the service to the amenities. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a really nice hotel. I booked it at short notice. The room was huge (208). Very comfortable bed and room was quiet. Fantastic pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and there is also an ice room (Brr, not for me). We decided to have an evening meal and both enjoyed it. I had the steak which was really nice. They do a sauce called Axle Jack. That is just out of this world. All in all very nice stay and a hotel thatbI would certainly go back to."
