"Excellent stay overall. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, markets. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of service exceeded my expectations and made my stay especially enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, though a few modern touches would take the guest experience to the next level. That said, the outstanding service and unbeatable location more than make up for these minor points. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others visiting Istanbul."
