"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. "room was lovely and modern, unfortunately was a long walk to the room due to renovation works across the entire floor. Location was great, easy to get to the NEC from there with uber. Food was low point, very expensive and honestly the steak looked like a small burger in size and the mushy peas on the fish and chips looked like a snot smear on the bottom of the plate. Ended up eating elsewhere for rest of stay. "
