"I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done.
