"I stay at this hotel once a month. Usually the breakfast is great but not today. The sausages were inedible. They were tough. Both the ones on my plate and my mother’s stayed where they were. I couldn’t sleep at all. The air con noise, slamming of doors and the pillows were awful. Usually I love it here but not this time."

"Room was fine except no phone to contact the front desk and when you do call from your mobile phone, they don’t answer…. The worse was the shower pressure, literally like drips of water coming out. Staff was ok except for the two gentlemen I believe one was the manager helped with an early check in, they were both helpful. "

"clean room. great location. nice staff. This is an affordable hotel in the middle of it all. You can walk to all the shows. A trek to Dumbo is about 30 min by train. You can walk (1 mi or so—20 min at my pace) to both bus terminals. The rooms were clean. I didn’t hear noise or construction on the 26th floor. The only downside was the lobby bathroom was closed when my son tried to use it upon check out. It seems like no one was actively cleaning/repairing (whatever they claimed at the time) it at the time while we waited. We didn’t eat the breakfast bc we’re in NYC (bagels, duh!). Lots of ppl were milling about the dining area though. Go early if you don’t want chaos."
