"Beautiful property. Some issues are beyond the hotels control. Some days the pool was over run with children, but it is a family resort. If you want a quiet vacation where the staff leaves you alone, this is a good spot. It is a bit far from the city’s main attractions, but manageable. Never tried the bar/ restaurant on site, run by a third party, but couldn’t help notice the bartender working there is loud and obnoxious."

"In a review from the hotel asking about the same thing you’re asking. I did put in a suggestion, but not a complaint that I felt the showers were somewhat dangerous. There were no handrails or the title was not a slip free. There weren’t tubs so little children and families would be in there and I felt that they needed to do something with that. "They don’t clean behind the bed. EVER. The hotel will be sneaky & charge additional fees for the shuttle and pool towels, even if you don’t use them. The pool was dirty. Oh, They said no maid service, but a maid was in our room when I returned. Breakfast was good..all the staff members were nice and friendly. Great pillows!"

"Key west is a premium location and this hotel matches that expectation. The shuttle was the greatest amenity to us as parking is expensive and can be difficult to find. A couple things we were disappointed about: 1. We were on the second floor and Technically our room did have an ocean view like we wanted; however, because of the trees being so tall we did not have the view we hoped for. 2.
