"The room was clean and comfortable."

"The room was very nice and clean. There was a lot of parking in the back. It was an easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. There are also lots of restaurants close to the place."

"The room was immaculate. We were in the annex to the back. I was Leary but totally amazed when we walked in. No cruddy carpet, only clean and fresh. Mattress was so-so but the AC was quiet. Close to Acadia and not Bar Harbor prices. Breakfast had so many options. Hard boiled eggs, packaged bagels, muffins and the like. Plenty of drinks and yogurt to choose from. Stay Here! You won’t be sorry."

"The room had several dust bunnies/hair balls in places easily in view/reach. Tub didn't drain when using the shower and required 2 separate maintenance visits. Second room had a leak under the sink. Breakfast ends at 9, and at 845, staff said she would not refill anything because it shuts down at 9. There was about 10 people in line hoping for food."

"There was a used towel on the back of our bathroom door from a previous guest. The breakfast was cereal or frozen breakfast sandwiches that you could microwave. Not bad necessarily, but I expected a little bit more for the price and advertising the breakfast was included. Our room is on the third floor and the building did not have an elevator so that was not ideal. We stayed here while going to Acadia national Park every day and even though I didn’t have any complaints except for the used...
