"What kept Keswick Country House from one star is the old style charm of the hotel. The experience itself, however, was disappointing. We happened to be there during a heat wave for this part of the world. We also had a west facing room. I don't fault the hotel for not having A/C. It only needs it ..."

"Very helpful staff and we were in fact upgraded to a larger room which was great. We struck hot weather and there was no air conditioning so could not sit in the dining room for dinner so we had our meal outside."
