"It's a awesome outback pub, which sadly is in need of a complete upgrade. I was on a motorcycle trip with a mate and so our needs were Spartan.... Beds were comfy with clean sheets. Hot water in showers very welcome. Meals were fine."

"Exhaust fan/light extremely noisy. Walkway right next to door so had to keep blinds pulled across. Apart from kettle and coffee mugs no other kitchen utensils available and general store had run out of plates bowls etc. Restaurant extremely expensive and all side dishes extra."

"Ramond responded quickly to our phone call so that we could register straight away. We did arrive a bit earlier than we had advised. It would be a good idea to provide a night light - I always carry one and it proved very useful as there are no windows and it got VERY dark when we turned all the lights off. The kitchen was great and the gas oven worked well. However, it is a bit under equipped for self-catering and we had to improvise. (Roasting pan instead of baking tray ...). The suite that...

"Cheap worked out at £22 per person so we were not expecting anymore than basic. Room clean but in need of refurbishment. The main building currently being refurbished so we stayed in an outside room. Adequate for our one night stay. Receptionist friendly and apologetic for the chaos Had a kettle & microwave which was helpful"
