The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and close to many historic sites and bars/restaurants. The staff were all very kind and helpful and made our stay pleasant. Our room was overlooked Via Della Condotta which was fun to look out on, but it also made it loud at night due to bar music and in the morning due to cars/trucks

The location was great and you could not ask for better staff. We were curious about the history of the hotel and one staff member provided a compelling narrative. They were extremely helpful with bags, taxis, and local touring. The rooms were very clean. I rate this a 6 out of 5. If we ever go back to Florence, we will certainly stay there again.

The hotel was great with helping us arrange the hotel offered walking tour to introduce us to Florence. Sabina the owner/host was our tour guide, and she was excellent during our private tour of Florence, she was very knowledgeable about the city, and it was a perfect introduction and start to our trip. The hotel itself was great, located in an old monastery just minutes away from the Uffizi gallery. The Turkish steam shower was a great option in our chosen room. Everything about our stay was perfect and Both Sabina, her son, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks again for a great stay and we hope to see you again soon someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Renaissance! Only problem from the start was that it was extremely difficult to find as there's not a big entryway or sign-- it is very small and hard to spot from the street. We walked up and down the street a few times looking for it. The staff was helpful, and parking was as convenient as it could be, given that it is in a pedestrian area. Room was clean and on the large side, with great blackout windows! Only other small issue was that we went to take breakfast in the morning and they informed us it had to be requested the night before. Otherwise we had a great stay at Renaissance and would stay again!
