Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa

No geral, tudo fluiu bem. Funcionários atenciosos e o lugar é exatamente como na foto. Único problema que tive foi com barulho e falta de papel higiênico no quarto. Barulho: tinham 2 rapazes aparentemente famosos que passaram a tarde/noite cantando e tocando violão sem parar, falavam alto, ouviam celular alto. O barulho na área externa encerrou as 22h mas eles seguiram fazendo barulho no quarto até 23h30. Infelizmente eu estava no quarto abaixo e dava pra ouvir tudo. Cheguei a mandar whatsapp pra recepção mas nunca me responderam. O papel higiênico eu pedi mas ele estava sujo, amarelado. Tive que jogar parte dele fora para poder usar pq não sabia o que era aquilo. Café da manhã, qualidade dos quartos e vista, é ótimo. Só esses 2 pontos que foram mais complicados. Faltou um cuidado maior.
