"The front counter staff was not accommodating at all. We arrived before check in time of 3.00 pm. I put my name down too let us know if the rooms get ready early, since our red eye flight arrived at 8.0 am. The women said well , we are full so you will have to just wait. We were first on the list, she did not contact us as the rooms got ready. Was short eith us when asked . Will not stay here ever again"

"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave. "

"When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the manager and that no room was available for me. When I originally made the reservation, I specifically selected the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation. As a result, I arrived at the hotel only to find that I no longer had a room and was forced to search for alternative accommodations late at night. "

"Everything about this hotel was great. The room and hallways, breakfast area were clean and well maintained. We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel has a shuttle to the cruise terminal for $10 per person. Every person who worked at this hotel was pleasant and courteous. Every person! The breakfast was marvelous, well stocked and delish. Luz worked very hard to keep everything in the breakfast beautiful, kept cleaning and help guests. She was amazing. Friendly guests, an easy walk to restaurants, shopping area, Publix, Starbucks, 7-11. "
