"We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress. "

"Good location. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were very hard. The worse part was, you could hear right thru the walls. I could hear the people in the neighboring room. Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. I would not stay here again. "

"beach is nice. has sand which not all do. well kept. rooms nice. mine was on the beach, slight upcharge but worth it. breakfast is simple but good. 4 kinds of fresh muffins cooked on site and 2 kinds of egg frittatas. I recommend this hotel. "

"Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔"

"Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. "

"The beach was the only nice thing about the property. Our cinder block room was so tiny we couldn’t even open up our suitcase unless we put it on top of the bed— there was literally less than 12” on each side of the bed. The noise was so loud from the highway that we needed to keep the a/c fan running all night to try to drown out some of the noise. There were 2 chairs and a table outside our room that faced the cement building. This place looks like a throwback from the fifties— but not in a...

"Love this place , it's cozy and clean . The staff is so welcoming . The food is really good . I had the sliders . Private little walk way to the pool , and the bar is right there . I'm am definitely returning . "

"This place needs an entire makeover. The staff were super nice and the views were beautiful. It’s in a great location but the rooms are run down. The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. "

"Property was fine air seemed to cycle off and in and make a lot of extra noise periodically. Older property. Breakfast buffet was good. Oil are and tiki bar good music was exceptional and Skippers restaurant was good with good service behind the hotel. Would book again by maybe a pool side lower level with outdoor tables and chairs. "
