"The room was great and the staff was very sweet but our toilet kept having issues and they were reluctant to fix it."

"The hotel room was decent and met my basic expectations. It was clean when I arrived, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The room had the essentials, including a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. While the furniture and décor were a little outdated, everything was in working order. The room was fairly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it wasn’t luxurious, but it was a comfortable and satisfactory place to stay."

"Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I...

"pictures uploaded online are completely different parking lot, pool chairs, and rooms they’re the same but they’re definitely not cleaned well or well maintained and everything could use a pressure wash the rooms are a bit dirty and have a little smell to them, tv was blue and they would t do anything to try and resolve it after we found out the microwave didn’t work either but they did fix that quickly but we were SOL on tv and a cleaner room. the only thing really new looking in the rooms is...

"Carpets in hallways were disgusting. Rooms were nothing like what was pictured online. Less than half a roll of already used toilet paper in bathroom. Tons of rotting garbage and what smelled of human feces by bushes where you park. Staff was super friendly though."

"I was unsatisfied with my stay. I had to change rooms upon arrival due to finding several roaches in the bathroom. The second room had bigger roaches and the A/C leaked bad which caused a huge puddle on the floor. The scent coming off the elevator to the second floor wasn't appealing either. I don't think I'll ever stay outside of my comfort zone again which is with HGI properties."

"Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!"

"Room was a little dirty. Gold fish crackers on floor and a whole lash strip in the bathroom floor. Beds very uncomfortable. But for a quick hotel night , it was fine. Breakfast was the absolute best, and the day time staff."
