"Not looking to flame anybody, but there were some things that didn't go quite as I would have hoped.
Upon check-in I was required to pay an additional $15.00 for what was explained to me as either "incidentals" or "incidents", I couldn't really tell what the clerk was saying. I was told the money would be refunded, but so far, (now 2.5 weeks later) no refund.

Only downfall was occasionally a smell of mustiness, animal urine, and illicit smoking, made the whole facility stink .However I feel that allowing animals need to be kept to specific rooms , visitors smoking on the no smoking premesis need to be removed ,and more than 1 pot of coffee in the lobby would make this place PERFECT and geared towards a better review and stay . After all of this...
