"The staff, every person I interacted with, were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The girl in charge was friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic. I recommend this place and would stay here again."

"Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations. Furniture in the lobby was torn and a lot of the faux wood furniture had deep scratches in it. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had what we needed, yet I feel for a Marriott and to uphold the Marriott reputation, some things could be replaced and updated."

"The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Manitou Springs. A short walk or quick, free bus ride to get everywhere. I will definitely stay here again."
