I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything...

"This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!"

"I don't recommande this place. I stayed for 5 days and left after that. There was no housekeeping service to clean the room, and the sheets weren't changed. Breakfast was more like a few scraps of poor-quality food than an actual meal. The employees smoke inside the building, and the walls aren’t soundproof, so I was woken up several times by other guests playing music. In short, I don’t recommend this place."
