"Hotel staff is 5 star. Especially Melanie. She has so much knowledge about the area and was able to answer all of our questions and make excellent recommendations. Loved the restaurant she recommended. And she helped us navigate the rail system. She offered to book a trip for us with a tour company across the street. Street noise was not a problem. Location is excellent. Easy walk to Old Town and Train Station. The air conditioner made a noise every 20 minutes. It sounded like a coffee maker making a pot of coffee."

"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was small, but very clean. They had a nice remodeled bathroom. It is an older motel that has a few things that need fixing in the room we were in but nothing major. It is easy to get to from the train. There were a few grocery stores nearby."

"Clean quiet hotel in the centre of Zürich. The check in was quite easy. Took time to read the instructions but once you follow the steps its easy. The room was quiet, windows block outside noise. Couldn’t figure out the AC but otherwise it was perfect for the price i paid. And location is very central, close to the Station"
