"We checked in at 5:30 pm, walked the area to find something to eat for dinner at 6:30 and returned 8:00 pm or so. At that time, we noticed a sewer smell in the hotel/room that was unbearable. We stayed a couple of hours but couldn’t stay any longer because of the smell so we left at 11:15 pm. Please contact me to discuss a refund. Thanks!"

"The room was very dirty! Bathroom very gross/dirty!!! We had a broken mirror door in the bedroom which was hazardous with us having a special needs child! Our bed sheets had fresh blood stain on it! Went downstairs to get new sheets for me to change myself!! Put a complain at the front desk but didn’t even receive a call from the manager. Which I had ask to speak to and was inform she wasn’t available.. had such an awful experience! Would never want to stay at this hotel chain ever!!!"
