"I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location was nice, the space clean, my room was spacious, but the staff interactions were absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood...

"I am a Hilton Honor’s member and upon check in the receptionist acknowledged that which was nice, however, I was placed in the worst room. My room faced the freeway, the windows are super thin. I heard loud car noises, trucks, motorcycles going by the entire night. In addition the a/c was an older model and it sounded like a train was going by every time it went on during the night.
