"We stayed in room 3 on the first floor. I requested a room with a walk in shower as I have hip issues . Sadly, There are no rooms with showers on the ground floor. We had to climb up two staircases and down two staircases. 36 steps in total. The decor and paintwork was very tired. Chipped paintwork ..."

"Lovely room and en-suite. Very old so inevitable creaky floorboards above us but otherwise quiet. Very nice staff and breakfast. Ample parking, not sure about cost as had a deal. Easy walk to city centre and plenty of shops"
