The room and location were good. Dining options for a town of this size were excellent. Staff at the visitor centre were very helpful and directed us to a great walk near the town of Copeland called The Hidden Treasure Loop. Here we had an up close sighting of a lyre bird!

The place appeared dusty and not clean to the standard I would expect for that cost. There were several cobwebs inside containing spiders especially on the bedposts

I would have stayed a week if I could have! More time to enjoy more cups of tea on the deck with the sound of birdsong and the gently flowing river below. This place is idyllic.
