"This is the worse hotel I have ever been to the lights went out everyone was in the lobby no air it was all bad"

"I do not have any complaints about my stay here. It is easy to get in and out. Layout can be confusing at first but just lookout for signage. I like the aesthetic on the outside, it is unlike any other building in the area. I only stayed here for one night but the stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Overall for a simple short budget stay this place is fine"

"This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...

"Staff did not want to provide more towels. There was no hair dryer. The tv did not work."

"Overall, okay. We were there for a concert. Tried to take a quick nap but had a staff member barge in the room without knocking (I think to clean carpets). Thankfully had the chain on but it startled me and there went the nap!"

"The room was clean and smelled nice on arrival but we had to fight for towels all weekend. There weren’t any in our room when we arrived, and we’re not availed hours later, upon returning from our event. We bought our own towels and blankets for the room because the bed was only dressed in a sheet set. The only person who was helpful was the front desk agent Andrea. She worked the desk, cleaned rooms, and ran laundry and checked in with us to bring us towels when they became available."

"The hotel staff were less than accommodating, the restaurant did not have a very large selection. If breakfast was included in your stay, entirely different menu…. Be sure to let them know when you arrive…. Not many choices… all in all not worth what we paid to stay!"
