"The hotel staff (Mark) was great when we needed to switch rooms due to a lock being broken on the door. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and very fresh. The pool was really nice and the area was great.However, the chlorine fumes were pretty strong and made our eyes and throats irritated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area was very clean."

"The staff was very helpful in helping me navigate where to find handicapped parking at the county fair and even ran off a map for me. The breakfast was quite good. My only suggestion would be to add a pitcher of water along with the juices. The bed was very comfortable. The remote for the tv was a little hard to figure out."

"A great place to stay in Rhinelander with a good selection of free hot and cold breakfast items. The pool isn’t huge, however it’s big enough to swim some laps. It’s also warm and family friendly, along with the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend staying here."

"We really enjoyed our stay. One thing we did notice was that the air quality in the room was very damp. Our swimsuits never dried, even after hanging for 2 full days and nights. Everything in the room took on a damp quality, clothes, paper, everything. We were wondering if something just needs to be checked out in the air filtration system. Other than the dampness of the room, everything was wonderful. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast area was a great space for meeting. The pool was perfect for my family! Thank you!"
