"There was a shelf behind the toilet that prevented the toilet seat from staying up. Air conditioner was about 30 years old and made loud grinding sounds when starting up. Grinding sounds would go away after a few minutes, but it was loud during normal operation. Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood on it. On the plus side, staff was nice and the room actually had a paper channel guide to tell what the channels were."

"We didn’t eat any meals here, but the space is so inviting, the room was spacious and quiet, and the rooftop bar is fantastic"

"Hotel seems to be in process of updating or possible new ownership. Rooms were clean and flooring was good. Breakfast was sparse and not restocked in last hour; it was also missing typical items like salt, pepper, ketchup, lids for coffee cups."

"Shower had low pressure. Lotion bottle was not new- it had been used and was 1/2 gone. Floors were clean but seemed uneven, not soundproof. Overall though the room was clean, and provided what we needed- a place to sleep on a graduation weekend. Bob Evan’s is walking distance and several other restaurants are. Nice area , felt safe."
