"A small town shouldn’t mean small standards. Staff were unfriendly, the lobby was dark and very outdated, and the room was in rough shape. Bathroom floors were dirty, no shampoo, only old bar soap. Carpet was curled up and worn, microwave looked decades old, fridge dented, bed rock‑hard, pillows ..."

"There was no spa, no pool, and a do not drink the water order from 2024 still in effect. People looked to be living at the property full time. As well as broke down cars. Not “resort” at all. Also no breakfast as advertised."
