"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old. The room smelled bad. Do not stay here… should be condemned. For what I paid for the room, it was money wasted (2/3 more than it should have been)."

"My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. "The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place."
