It was in a nice area convenient to almost anywhere youd wanna go. But the water pressure was terrible the temp kept changing freezing us then burning us. I needed to stay another night instead of just adding on to our original reservation thatvwas done ahead of time they told me to rebook it cost more money that way. The door card slot didnt work right took us 3-4 minutes to get in everytime i asked the guy at the desk he told me what to do with it but didnt come up to help us figure out the funky way to get it to open

All the ice machines were broke down. We also had no hot water for showers. The door to the pool was broken and we could not open it unless someone opened the door for us. I would not stay here again. With that said, the staff was nice.

The outside of the building is nice but unfortunately doesn’t match the inside. We had no bedding for our pull out couch, the pool was closed the whole time we stayed there and no complimentary coffee. The surrounding area did have a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.
